IRISH COFFEE
1 Cup Fresh Brewed Organic Coffee
1 TBS Brown Sugar, Maple Syrup, or Agave Syrup - or to taste
3/4 Ounce Irish Whiskey - or to taste
2 TBS Half-and-Half
Whipped Cream (optional)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (optional)
Directions:
Add whiskey to a tall mug and top with piping hot coffee. Stir in sweetener if desired. Swirl in Half-and-Half. Optionally garnish with whipped cream and/or cocoa powder.

ALCOHOL-FREE IRISH COFFEE
