Events

These events are for the coffee aficionado who desires to learn about roasting coffee, proper brewing techniques, and the journey from crop to cup.   Class size is set at 10 students per course to maximize the participant's time on our state-of-the-art equipment.

All classes are located at Bald Guy Brew, North Carolina's first SCA Premier Training Campus.  Coffee and a light dessert are provided.
