Join Don Cox,  the Bald Guy himself, for a hands-on workshop at our Boone roastery that takes you from green bean to finished brew. Bring home your own custom roast, plus new confidence to brew better coffee at home.

In this small group experience, you’ll:
• Learn how roasting shapes flavor and aroma
• Roast your own coffee under Don’s guidance
• Explore how grind size, temperature, and ratio affect taste
• Taste and compare fresh brews to learn what makes a perfect cup

Includes: Coffee and a 8 oz. bag of your own roast
